A beautiful 4km forested trail awaits our participants this year at Laurel Creek Conservation area.  The staff from the Grand River Conservation Authority keep our trail trim and clean for the best trail race route in Waterloo.  The race will begin at the Critter Shelter, and head west connecting the blue loop, green and red, before heading back to the start/finish line along a few hundred meters of gravel roads where our spectators can cheer you on!

4km competitors will complete one lap of this fantastic course.

8km competitors will complete two laps of this course to test themselves.

12km competitors will complete three laps. Try negative splits?  Tempo run?  Just find your trail race pace?  Do as you wish!

This is a true trail race, there are no obstacles.  Grass, dirt, forested trail, and a 200m gravel road section for spectators are all included in the race course.  The course is generally flat with low to moderate slopes (no big hills).  The course is scenic and provides great variety that will keep it interesting for all competitors!  Click here to register!
