This year's Mudpuppy Chase will be bigger and better than ever! We will start off the day with over 800 local students running our 3km fun run at 9:20am. These kids will have an outstanding time, enjoy competing and raise a lot of money for members of their own community!

At 10:20am our 5km. As usual the race is open to all competitors. We want to help you achieve your race goal whether you are going for the win, a personal best or just to set a benchmark for the race season ahead. Come one, come all and enjoy the region's best road race!

The Rotary Club of Kitchener Grand River host the race for many reasons. We feel that by putting on a top quality running event, we can raise money to help out our community. We also want to get our community active and promote healthy living. By a quality running event we mean: excellent race logistics, great positive atmosphere with the best volunteers helping, healthy and fresh post race food, technical t-shirts and a finishing prize for every entrant. We are runners, our volunteers are runners, whether this is your first race, or you are shooting for a PR, we know what you want to see for your race day.
